Much like the babes of Coyote, the all-female Cowgirls staff toe-taps and line-dances up and down the 45-foot bar (the longest in Seattle), shoot cheap tequila from their boots and hoses anyone down that asks for water. Mix in a mechanical bull, a microphone that's passed between bartenders and one of the most un-sober crowds in Seattle, and there you have it: Cowgirls gone wild.
